Rasmus “Cervator” Praestholm – West Orange resident, parent of three children in the district, PTA member, and volunteer with a local youth sports league. By profession, a software engineer.

These proposals were assembled aspirationally on behalf of the community. While the author is affiliated with local organizations including a PTA and a youth sports league, no organizations have been committed to any of the ideas presented here, and no promises are made about specific outcomes or savings.
Not every idea in these documents will be viable. Some may be false leads, and some may duplicate efforts the district has already undertaken. Because the district’s processes are largely not public, we have no way to know what has already been tried or considered.
The intent is to:
- Start a conversation about what the community can do to help
- Demonstrate capacity – one person produced this in a few days; imagine what a coordinated community effort could achieve
- Offer a framework for community-district collaboration, not a finished plan
